Cricket launches a new touchscreen mobile phone, the Kyocera RIO with a budget price. The phone is available for $129.99 with no contract needed. The RIO features a 2.8-inch QVGA touchscreen, a 1.3 Megapixel camera, Bluetooth, integrated music player, microSD card slot and 3.5mm headset jack.

The Kyocera RIO offers the new MyHomeScreen with 3 customizable homescreens, quick one touch access icons for messaging, dialer, scrollable menu and contacts. It weighs just over 3oz.
